  • Avail discount on Orders of CAD 750.00 & USD 640.00 and above.

2. PAYMENT OPTIONSWe accept payments via Online Transfers, Credit Cards, and Cheques.

3. DELIVERY TIMEIn-stock products will be delivered in 5 to 10 business days from the date payment is made.
Made to order and seasonal Christmas products require a longer shipping time.

4. SHIPPING

  • Shipping from Hamilton ON, Canada, to USA & Canada.
  • All shipping costs are the responsibility of buyers and retailers

We offer free delivery to the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA).

5. COMPANY POLICIES & PROCEDURES

  • Buyers and retailers are requested to follow the Suggested Retail Price (SRP)
  • Exchange and Return

PaperSpree does not accept returns on shipped orders.
Inspect all cartons and products and notify us of any damages upon delivery, do not dispose of packing cartons. Email us within 5 business days of receiving the order, with images of merchandise.
Exchange and Return may be considered at PaperSpree’s discretion.

6. SWATCH BOOK

We are happy to provide a swatch book to potential buyers for a closer look at product materials. A deposit of CAD 100.00 & USD 85 is required to order our swatch book. The price will be adjusted to the invoice or will be refunded on returning the swatch book.

7. PLEASE NOTE

PaperSpree assures the buyers of high-quality products and beautiful craftsmanship. Due to the individual craftsmanship and natural raw materials, our eco-friendly products may have negligible variations within similar products. This is the innate beauty of handmade work.

8. MERCHANDISE DISPLAY

We have free POS material available (signs and shelf talkers) to retailers with dedicated retail space for PaperSpree. Our creative marketing team has designed these materials to boost sales while also educating customers on the benefits of eco-friendly products
